Cancellations 取消訂單

You can request to cancel your order through our support team (support@pippaphant.com)  within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
您可以在下訂單後一小時內透過我們的支援團隊 (hello@pippaphant.com) 請求取消訂單。如果在訂單包裝還沒有完成情況下，我們都會嘗試幫您安排取消訂單。

Product Defect 產品缺陷

Receipt within 3 days;
收到產品的3天之內；
A certified product quality problem;產品品質問題經認證；

Only exchange of the same/similar product at the same or lower price is available;
只能以相同或更低的價格更換相同/相似的產品；

Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product;
如果您想更換更高價的產品，則需要額外付費；

If the product is a discontinued item, we will offer you a refund of the purchased amount;
如果產品是停產產品，我們將向您退還購買金額；

Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;
因人為意外造成的損壞不適用；

Return service is not applicable If you have ordered the wrong product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up.
退貨服務不適用如果您訂購了錯誤的產品，無論是護膚品的用途，香水的氣味，還是化妝品的顏色。

If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our assigned collection point or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
如果退回的產品經檢查不符合換貨或退貨要求，我們將要求您到我們指定的取貨點領取，或者如果您選擇送貨上門，則需要承擔來回郵費。

In case of any dispute, the decision of pippaphant shall be final.
如有任何爭議，pippaphant保留最終決定權。
